Sample topics include breathing techniques, healing back pain, improving shoulder or hip mobility, reducing anxiety, and meditation preparation. ORGANIZATIONAL GROUP CLASSES:
Cindy offers classes to professional organizations to support the challenges of the work environment, including stress relief and back pain. Cindy offers these gentle yoga classes in the workplace before or after work, or during the lunch hour. Classes are adapted to the capabilities of those attending the classes. Cindy also teaches at professional retreats and workshops to provide a group activity. These classes can be designed to support the mission of the group or the theme of the workshop.
